Requirements Over 10 years of SAP integration experience, including 3 years of hands-on work with SAP Integration Suite and S/4HANA integration patterns. 5 years in the life sciences industry with deep knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and validation processes. Proven leadership experience managing teams of 6–10 integration developers, collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Design and develop complex integration flows connecting S/4HANA to systems such as LIMS, MES, QMS, and regulatory reporting platforms using protocols like REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and RFC. Ensure all integrations meet pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements, including documentation, audits, and validation. Develop APIs and custom connectors for integration with third-party life sciences applications (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, clinical trial systems). Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), with comprehensive error handling and monitoring. Present technical solutions effectively to business leadership and stakeholders. Strong understanding of life sciences business processes: clinical trials, manufacturing, quality control, R&D, and regulatory submissions. Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain and serialization Experience with DevOps/CI-CD Master Data Governance (MDG) expertise Technical skills: XML, JSON, EDI, HL7, SAP Cloud Platform/BTP services.
