Our client are seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (newly qualified to 3 years PQE) to join their expanding Private Client team at the Ashford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive and supportive legal practice that values professional development and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload involving Wills, probate, and tax matters.
* Draft legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
* Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients, often during sensitive times.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
Requirements:
* NQ to 3 years PQE with demonstrable experience in Wills, probate, and basic tax planning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive and professional team player.
