F & I Group is a leading construction company in the North East with over 40 years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction team based in Washington, North East. We cover all the North East, although most of our work is within a 100-mile catchment area from the office we could on the odd occasion go further.
About the Role:
The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:
* (Relevant experience in a similar role (required)
* Digital Tachograph Card (in-date)
* Valid Driving License
* Valid CPC (preferred)
* Knowledge of load security using rachet straps and other methods
* Good knowledge of the area (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of being a roofing labourer, including:
* Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy
* Completion and submission of all company paperwork as per procedure
* Safeguard all company assets; nothing leaves the depot without correct paperwork
