YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to lead functional areas, define scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
* You will be a key part of the team, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
* You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
* You may be involved in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to post-implementation support, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer.
* Your participation in projects can lead to the development and enhancement of our service offerings to grow our business.
* A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to client sites or attend global events.
YOUR PROFILE
* Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management processes.
* Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
* Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
* Skill in translating client requirements into configuration options.
* Experience in facilitating workshops, creating design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training.
* Ability to lead requirement workshops and ensure successful deliverables with proper documentation and presentations.
* Follow Workday methodology to tailor modules to client needs.
* Team-oriented attitude, capable of leading and supporting project deployment and evolution.
* Experience in conducting design workshops and maintaining high service quality.
* Participation in sales activities and contribution to work estimates.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Experience in completing at least 10 Workday projects is preferred.
* Workday Core HCM certification is required.
