An elite US law firm is looking to hire several NQs into its finance practice.
The team is well known for advising financial sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers on complex, high‑value financing transactions, many of which involve significant cross‑border work.
In this role, you’ll support on a wide range of domestic and international leveraged finance, private credit and fund finance matters.
You’ll work closely with partners in the London team, as well as colleagues across the firm’s other global offices, including the US.
Requirements
* Trained at a well‑respected US, City or international law firm
* Completed a finance seat during your training contract, ideally with leveraged or acquisition finance exposure
* Genuine interest in working on borrower‑side and sponsor‑side transactions
* Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
