What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our Trowbridge technical team (Vehicle Technician / Car Repair Specialist), you will:
- Service & Repair: Complete scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to manufacturer standards.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use manufacturer platforms to resolve complex engine, electrical, and drivetrain faults.
- Mechanical Excellence: Repair braking systems, suspension components, and engine management systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital job reports and service documentation.
- Efficiency: Support workshop productivity while maintaining a "right first time" quality standard.
What You Need
- Experience: Proven experience working within a professional automotive workshop.
- Technical Skill: Strong knowledge of modern engine management and vehicle electronics.
- Software: Ability to interpret technical data and diagnostic software outputs.
- Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
