Chef Manager (Part-Time, Permanent) Key Details:
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 16.5 hours per week
o Friday to Sunday, 8:30am – 2:00pm
* Salary: £11,309.44 – £12,441.00 per annum
* Location: Reading, Berkshire

You will play a key role in delivering nutritious and enjoyable meals while managing stock, compliance, and kitchen organisation.Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and serve meals to a high standard
* Manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Monitor stock levels and manage ordering
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
* Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are met

* Previous experience in a similar Chef or Chef Manager role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
* Ability to work independently and manage a small kitchen environment
