As a Customer Experience Advisor, you ll be the first to listen, the first to help, and often, the person who reassures someone when they need it most. What You ll Do Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently Handle repairs, rent queries, and provide reassurance Keep our services running smoothly with scheduling tools What You ll Bring Empathy, patience and a passion for helping people. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems. The ability to work independently and flexibly in a rota system.
