This is an exciting phase of growth, and were looking for a Recruitment Manager ready to join the senior leadership team and influence both strategic direction and operational success.
Role
As a key leader in the business, the Recruitment Manager will oversee team performance, contribute to commercial planning, and help drive long-term scalability. Whether you bring Engineering expertise or come from another 360 recruitment background, you'll have the freedom and support to build out a high-performing division.
Hiring, developing, and leading high-performing recruitment teams
Driving personal and team billing performance across core sectors including Engineering
Collaborating with the CEO on business development and commercial strategy
Building long-term client relationships and opening new revenue streams
Supporting and mentoring consultants to grow internal capability and future leaders
Helping to shape a high-performance, values-led culture
Experience
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar senior recruitment leadership role
Strong personal billing background in a 360 recruitment environment
Ideally, sector expertise in Engineering, Commerical, Technical, FMCG, Tech, or Corporate
Commercially focused mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
Effective team leadership and coaching ability
Ambition to take on Director-level responsibility within 1218 months
