A client within the Public Sector based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Property Manager (RICS/AssocRICS Surveyor – Right to Buy Applications) to join their Housing & Landlord Services Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing and property valuation environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to process and manage Right to Buy applications in line with the Housing Act 1985, ensuring applications are compliant, accurate, and supported by professional property valuations, while providing technical property advice to officers, stakeholders and customers. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Implementing and managing procedures for processing Right to Buy applications. Preparing all aspects of work relating to the sale of Council houses, including application registration, validation, and compliance checks. Undertaking accurate property valuations in line with RICS professional standards. Providing financial and performance data reports to internal teams. Visiting customers to verify information and validate properties for purchase under the scheme. The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require: RICS or AssocRICS qualification (or equivalent relevant property qualification). Experience in Right to Buy application processes. Property valuation experience.The below skills would be beneficial for the role: Knowledge of the Housing Act 1985 and related legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £280 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £230 per day PAYE).
