We are currently recruiting for 3 X Temporary Patient Administrator to join a busy and professional healthcare team based in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
You will provide an efficient and responsive patient administration and appointment booking service, ensuring all activity is carried out in line with Trust policies, confidentiality standards, and customer care expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Managing patient appointments and providing a high-quality booking service.
Using multiple computer systems including MYCARE, NHS E-Referral Service, and MS Office applications to maximise outpatient capacity effectively.
Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of departmental systems and processes.
Maintaining the professional image and high standards of the Trust at all times.
Ensuring patient information is handled accurately and confidentially.
About You
Previous administration experience (healthcare experience desirable but not essential).
Confident using multiple IT systems simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
