They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team on a landmark project. Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor
* Oversee all on-site electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with project timelines.
* Coordinate and manage the activities of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.
* Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of working safely in live environments, ensuring uninterrupted operation of client systems during construction.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, while fostering productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements
* Experienced tradesperson with 5 to 10 years overseeing large installation teams and subcontractors.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
* Proficient in working with both electrical and mechanical systems.
* Competent in using relevant software and digital systems to support project delivery.
