To work as part of a large team of drivers and passenger assistants based at a centralised depots under the day-to-day management of Transport Officers. To assist service users on vehicles and ensure their safety whilst getting on or off the vehicle and on the journey To assist customers onto and off the vehicle, by means of a tail-lift where necessary, this will include handling wheelchairs and other aids to daily living.
