A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its highly ranked Technology and Outsourcing practice. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value technology and commercial transactions for a prestigious client base, including major UK banks, FTSE 100 companies, household-name retailers, global technology companies, fintech innovators, and international payment service providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support on a broad range of technology, outsourcing, and commercial contract matters, including large-scale digital transformation projects.

* Negotiate IT and BPO outsourcing arrangements, SaaS/cloud service agreements, licensing deals, and supply chain contracts.

* Act as a trusted adviser to clients, developing long-term relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

* Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and training.

* Support business development activities, thought leadership, and client engagement initiatives.
