As a Recruitment Consultant, you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Responsibilities:
1. Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls
2. Developing existing, new and lapsed business and client relationships
3. Sales activities and working to targets
4. Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will ideally be a driver and have access to your own car
5. Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
6. Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
7. Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
