Overview
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’re responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets. You’ll also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and recruitment in support of your regional manager and the Store Support Centre.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the store.
* Lead and develop a high‑performing team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
* Maintain store standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Achieve sales targets and develop a store improvement plan.
* Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
* Support staff through coaching, emotional intelligence and a positive work environment.
