About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Translations Project Coordinator where you have the opportunity to shape the success of high-profile healthcare market research projects. You'll be managing translation tasks, advising clients on best practices, and working alongside expert linguists in a supportive environment. This role allows you to grow and innovate within the thriving healthcare sector, and to contribute directly to the success of both the team and client businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing project finances, using translation software tools, and liaising with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables exceed expectations. About You: Essential Skills: Qualification in translation or languages Translations Project management skills and experience Proficiency in another language (besides English) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office Intellectually curious and passionate about languages and translation Ability to fulfil all commitments made to a high quality and deliver results within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills: Familiarity with AI translation tools and software Behaviours: Ability to stay calm under pressure and remaining productive and motivated during quieter times Ability to work well with others Ability to demonstrate a flexible, positive attitude Analytical thinking Resilience, flexibility and agility.
