The governors wish to appoint a people who have a commitment to improving the lives and learning of pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties and who demonstrate that they can engage with all children and deliver exciting, interesting and appropriate lessons.
What the school offers its staff
The appointed teacher will receive a comprehensive induction and training package in order to help them carry out the duties as detailed in the job description. NQTs and teachers transferring from mainstream schools will receive full support from the school.
