We are seeking a compassionate, committed and skilled SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive team. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a SEN Teacher:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets and learning needs.
* Teach pupils with a range of SEND, which may include autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, moderate learning difficulties (MLD), or social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
* Create a safe, positive and structured learning environment.
* Work closely with support staff, external professionals, and families to deliver effective, personalised support.
* Monitor and assess progress, writing reports and contributing to review meetings as required.
* Promote independence, confidence and self-esteem in all learners.
Ideal SEN Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
* Experience working with pupils with SEND (in a mainstream or specialist setting).
* Knowledge of EHCP processes and effective SEN teaching strategies.
* A nurturing, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a SEN Teacher.
* A commitment to inclusion, pupil well-being, and continuous professional development.
