Boxing Scotland was established in 2000 with the specific mission to promote and develop Boxing in Scotland.
It is recognised by the International Boxing Association (AIBA), World Boxing, UK Sport, the Scottish Government and sportscotland as the official and only acknowledged Scottish National Governing Body for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games sport of AIBA Open Boxing (AOB).

This is a great opportunity to discover a new passion through the fast-growing sport of Olympic-style boxing and work events across Scotland.
Typical event days are Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, often evenings, however occasionally shows take place during the afternoon.
Events take a variety of forms – whether it’s a Boxing Scotland national championship or a local boxing club home show.
There is also the opportunity to conduct medicals on boxers at boxing clubs which provides an additional opportunity for income.

ESSENTIAL
Full registration with the GMC
Demonstrated competency in clinical examination, functional assessment and medical management of sports injury and illness.
Adequate medical insurance to cover boxing events
Right to work in the UK
Excellent oral and written communication skills
