Financial Controller (6 Month Fixed Term Contract – potential to be extended) Radcliffe (Office Based) Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an experienced Financial Controller to join there business for a circa of 6months (potential to be extended) and happy to look at candidates who are qualified or qualified by experience. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Divisional Finance Director and you will act as a part of the UK Senior Management team. You will lead and manage the UK business entities financial accounting, reporting, control activities and accounts payable team. Working closely with the UK FP&A team to inform and improve cash flow management and business planning processes, along with working closely with Group Finance to ensure consistent application of policies, reporting quality and adherence to timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop the Finance team to ensure they have the skills and motivation to perform their roles.
