The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join our growing private client team. You will manage a varied caseload including estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, probate applications and estate administration, while providing an approachable and supportive service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion
Drafting and reviewing wills and trusts in line with current legislation
Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax and asset protection
Handling probate applications and liaising with the Probate Registry
Administering estates, including asset distribution and settlement of liabilities
Working closely with clients, executors and beneficiaries
Collaborating with financial advisers and other professionals where appropriate
Supporting networking and business development activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in wills, trusts and probate
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
Ability to work independently with secretarial support
Strong organisational and file management skills
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
Interest in networking and developing client relationships
