As a Change Implementation Manager at Evri, you will play a key role in delivering and embedding change across our national network. You will lead initiatives that improve operational processes, compliance, and service quality, ensuring that change is sustained through structured programmes and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of changes into operations and support the network to meet performance targets in key metric areas such as safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience
This Change Implementation role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site logistics environment and is passionate about driving transformation through people, process, and performance. The operation is 24/7 so a flexible approach to working in terms of location and times is essential to reach to engage our people.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Change Implementation Manager in delivering strategic transformation plans
Lead and embed change initiatives across the network, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Drive compliance and continuous improvement across safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience
Deliver training, coaching, and workshops to support the adoption of new processes
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using key performance metrics
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful change adoption
Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and compliance frameworks
What You'll Need
Proven experience in change management within a logistics or FMCG environment
Strong people management, coaching, and facilitation skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Confident presenter with experience delivering training to large groups
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work flexibly across a 24/7 operation
Desirable Qualifications
CILT, PRINCE2, PMP, ILM Coaching, or a willingness to work towards relevant qualifications
