We’re looking for a cool, energetic Sous Chef to lead our team.
This role is for a Sous Chef who knows their stuff, cares about the hospitality world, and just gets it!
Salary offer of £ includes earnings of £ received through tronc totaling £.

What Pho is looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ Sous Chef experience, in bar, restaurant, or both!
* Big passion for food! As a Sous Chef in Pho, you’ll learn everything about our fresh food.
* Confident in delivering and understanding financial P&L reports.
* Experience communicating with suppliers.
* Comfortable using different systems daily, such as Pronet for maintenance, OpenTable for bookings, Zonal in our tills, Harri for recruitment, etc.
* Remember, we just need a manager who GETS IT!
