This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a high-performing team in the delivery of power infrastructure solutions.

About The Role
Role Function
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of mechanical, electrical and operative assembly staff.
* Coordinate daily workloads to meet production targets and deadlines
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support
* Liaise with supervisors, engineering, and planning teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
* Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
The Person:
* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing or engineering
* Background in electrical, mechanical, assembly and or high-volume environments is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
* Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
Desirable
* Experience in switchgear, power systems, or data centre infrastructure
* Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
* Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship
