Job Description
3. Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across the site.
4. Conduct risk assessments and site audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
5. Deliver training sessions to staff on health and safety practices and compliance requirements.
6. Support incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
7. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
9. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to all levels of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
11. A recognised qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
12. Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
13. Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations and best practices.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage teams.
15. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
16. Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing detailed reports.
