You will be responsible for supporting production with hands-on troubleshooting, leading root cause analysis, improving manufacturing processes, implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, developing work instructions, and collaborating across engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
This role would suit a proactive engineer with electronics manufacturing experience who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment.
The Role:
1. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
2. Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions
3. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams
4. Design and maintain production fixtures and test equipment
The Candidate:
5. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field
6. Strong understanding of electronics, schematics, and assembly
7. Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
