Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a MASH Team based in Northampton.

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. A fast-paced, dynamic environment where your decisions make an immediate impact on children’s lives. You’ll play a key role in managing and responding to safeguarding concerns, assessing risk, and working in close partnership with police, health, education, and other professionals.
As a Senior Social Worker in our MASH team, you will be responsible for making timely, high-quality case decisions to safeguard children ensuring each referral is assessed within 24 hours. Working closely with our multi-agency partners, your practice will consistently reflect the voice of the child and play a crucial role in protecting them from harm.
About You
* Social Work England registered
* Three years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE
* Experienced in safeguarding and information-sharing procedures
* A confident communicator and team collaborator

You will provide high quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information, making informed decisions in respect of safety of children within 24 hours of the referral. You will work collaboratively with our MASH partners and the child’s voice will be evident through your work and play a vital role in protecting children from harm.
