Role Description:
* The role will focus on working in a team that delivers large, complex projects and prestigious schemes for London developers and include commercial offices, mixed use and residential schemes.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
* Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
* Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Stay updated on relevant planning regulations, building codes, and zoning laws to ensure project compliance.
* Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to proceed with construction activities.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
* Implement corrective measures as needed to maintain the highest level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
* Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified - preferably within a construction related discipline
* Able to work on own initiative
* A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills
* Personally committed to the delivery of excellent client service
* Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved, a 'can do' mentality
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and lead
* Experience working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations
Package:
* Up to £55K + Benefits + Bonus
