Job description:
IMH Recruitment has an exciting permanent opportunity based in South Kirkby.
The Role:
* Follow up on incoming enquiries and sample requests
* Process and resolve customer queries via phone, email and online chat system
* Increase conversion rates from quotes to orders
* Ability to cross sell other products where necessary
* Chase quotes within 48 hours & quote pot weekly
* Work with Area Sales Manager on sales forecasting & pipelines for the territory to build relationships in the area.
* Working with the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for a region and will need to have knowledge of all quotes and follow-ups
* Ability to cross-sell other products
* Raise all opportunities within 24 hours
* Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
* Assist in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
* Assist in creating visits for Area Sales Managers
About You:
Sales / Sales Admin or Customer Service experience
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
Confident with other IT systems e.g Microsoft
Hours and Pay
Salary dependant on experience (£23,000 - £28,000 annually)
Permanent Position
Monday - Thursday 8:30-5pm
Fridays 1:30pm finish 3 out of 4. One Friday per month required to work until 4:30pm
