About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide 1:1 and small-group support for two SEN children within a nursery setting * Support communication using PECS, Makaton, visual timetables, and visual timers * Assist with sensory regulation, transitions, and emotional support throughout the day * Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals * Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment * Support learning through play, routines, and personalised EYFS activities * Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all pupils What We’re Looking For * CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification – essential * Proven experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting in UK schools. * Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly communicat...
