Working in partnership with the Police, Insurers and Government our collective aim is to make it a thing of the past but, until that’s accomplished, we’re here to compensate victims quickly, fairly and compassionately.Last year we helped more than 34,000 people struck by uninsured and hit-and-run drivers and paid over £400 million in compensation to support victims rebuild their lives.About the role As our CRM Support you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist team by handling customer queries, coordinating CRM activities, and contributing to operational excellence across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities You'll respond to and resolve customer queries via telephone and written communication with professionalism and accuracy.You'll update and maintain customer profiles and folders with a high degree of accuracy.You'll create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and Management Information (MI) to support CRM activities.You'll coordinate and facilitate CRM calls, including minute-taking and distribution of action points.You'll cover CRM calls in the absence of CRM specialists as needed.You'll assi...
