We are seeking a highly talented Concept Artist to add value and perspective to Puyi’s global creative ecosystem. The Concept Artist will collaborate closely with the Puyi Brand Director on content development. This position requires a visionary thinker who can synthesize insights into compelling concepts for campaigns, products, and immersive brand experiences. Success in this role requires balancing creativity with strategic rigor, ensuring alignment with Puyi’s visual identity and long-term brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Brand Director to enhance Puyi’s R&D capabilities, pitch, and develop concepts across departments including Product Development, Store Development, and Brand Management. The Director will guide your creative process, helping navigate brand guardrails and identify strategic synergies.
* Lead various creative projects and content assets, contributing research, idea generation, and thematic development.
* Visually communicate ideas effectively using sketches, mood boards, and other tools to gain stakeholder buy-in.
* Follow up on queries and feedback from internal teams, articulating conceptual ideas during implementation and execution.
* Guide the creative and design development of product campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive and high-quality outputs within budget and deadlines.
* Identify emerging industry trends relevant to our sector and the wider luxury fashion world.
* Potential involvement in video storyboarding and editing.
* Collaborate with digital marketing and technology teams to create engaging content.
About the Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, or related fields.
* 2-5 years of experience in creative and brand design, with a proven track record in marketing communications.
* Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, luxury design work.
* Creative thinker passionate about design and storytelling, eager to explore new ideas.
* Knowledge of luxury retail and digital trends is highly preferred.
* Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
* Strong graphic design skills.
* Solution-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
