Overview

Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the care home
* Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
* Lead, manage, and develop nursing and care staff, including rotas and supervision
* Maintain high standards of person-centred care for elderly and dementia residents
* Work directly on the floor during a weekly Friday morning clinical shift
* Build and maintain effective relationships with families, professionals, and inspectors
* Demonstrate hands-on leadership and ensure ongoing CQC compliance
* Proven experience in a care home management role
* Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and inspection processes
* Experience in elderly care, including dementia care
* Confidence making operational, staffing, and clinical decisions
* History of good or outstanding CQC outcomes
Qualifications
* Applicants must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
* This role requires recent experience managing a nursing home
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £60,000 per annum
* Bonus: Performance-related, Up to £10,000
