We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior People Partner to join our Support Office team, assisting our Senior People Partner. This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to shape and develop the role as you see fit. The role Is a Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes but do expect at times to potentially travel so some of our other sites. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support key HR initiatives, drive colleague engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience. You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders, coach leaders on policy application, and provide insights to strengthen culture and capability. You’ll also support workforce planning, organisational design, and help with the implementation of projects such as DEI initiatives. You'll be working alongside our Centres of Excellence, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while also playing a key role in engagement, wellbeing, and general HR support What are we looking for: Great communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships is a must Experience working on Change programmes Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills What’s in it for you: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
