* Would suit a proven Manufacturing Team Leader who comes from an Assembly / Mechanical Engineering background.
* Production Processes cover welding, shot blasting, CNC machining, Painting and Assembly of mostly mechanical products.
* Day shift position leading a small, settled team of 10 within a growing business.
Are youa Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Team Leader seeking a new challenge within a growing engineering manufacturer? Join a market leader, based near the Bourne area, who manufacture a range of specialist products. As Production Supervisor, you will play an integral part in allocating jobs and improving processes where possible. We need someone who is comfortable leading by example and retaining occasional hands on duties. Knowledge of hydraulics or electrical parts would be an advantage, but not essential.
Salary & Working Hours: c£35,000 to £40,000 as a guide. 07:30-5:00 Mon-Thu, 07:30-14:30 Fri + 25 days paid holiday + Banks.
