Job Description Your Role as a Community Care Professional As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll be supporting clients in their own homes, offering personalised care that helps them live independently and confidently. Your work will include: Providing genuine companionship Sharing stories, enjoying a cuppa, offering a listening ear, all whilst brightening someone’s day. Supporting with daily routines Helping clients with tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, getting ready for the day, or winding down for the evening. Delivering personal care with empathy and dignity You’ll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected — always taking the time they deserve. What makes us different?
