Associate – PCT | London
A mid-level Private Client and Tax Associate is wanted for an exceptional and unique London-based opportunity. Applications are invited from Private Client Associates with a strong background in UK and international tax and estate planning for HNW individuals and global family offices.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role advising on complex cross-border tax matters, trust structuring, and bespoke estate planning solutions. The role offers meaningful exposure to international clients, family offices, and multi-jurisdictional legal and tax frameworks.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver tailored advice on UK tax matters with a focus on internationally mobile clients
* Advise on the setup and governance of trusts and corporate structures for wealth preservation
* Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support global family office clients
* Draft core private client documentation including Wills and LPAs
* Provide legal support on intra-group matters including loan agreements and resolutions
* Keep abreast of evolving legal and regulatory developments
* Contribute to business development and cross-team initiatives within the wider group
Person specification
* Qualified solicitor - Associate to mid-level Associate
* Training and post-qualification experience acquired in a good City or regional firm
* Strong academic credentials
* Solid experience advising HNW individuals on estate planning and trust structuring
* Familiarity with UK, international, and offshore private client matters
* Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive client relationships
