About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 recruitment experience and strong exposure to the UK and US markets.
Your primary focus will be to generate new business, leveraging your existing network of companies and clients. You’ll also manage key client relationships and oversee candidate delivery in partnership with our sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone commercially driven who thrives on winning new clients and building lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities (through your existing network and proactive outreach).
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing partnerships
* Collaborate with our sourcing team to deliver high-quality candidates
* Conduct client briefings, understand hiring needs, and provide market insights
* Consistently achieve revenue and performance targets

Requirements
* Proven 360 recruitment experience within recruitment or executive search
* Strong track record of winning new business and growing client accounts
* Highly advantageous if you have an established network of client contacts or companies within the UK and/or US markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Driven, resilient, and able to work independently.
* Must be willing to work from our London office.
