Your new companyA growing business in Westbury are actively recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
Your new roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
* Maintain supplier accounts and ensure records are up to date
* Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
* Resolve invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal departments
* Support payment runs and month-end activities as required
* Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience of working in a high volume processing role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
