🛎️ Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure AV setups are in place.
Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Liaise with building management and facilities teams.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
✅ What We're Looking For:
2-3 years' experience in a corporate reception role.
Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills.
Proactive, organised, and able to multitask under pressure.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
