background in premium pubs or high-quality dining — someone who understands
what great looks like and knows how to deliver it consistently.
What You’ll Be Leading
* Full
ownership of the day-to-day operation of a bustling, reputation-led pub.
* Inspiring,
developing, and empowering a high-performing team.
* Delivering
a warm, authentic guest experience that keeps people returning.
* Driving
sales and profitability through smart planning and exceptional standards.
* Maintaining
impeccable food, drink, and service quality at all times.
* Ensuring
compliance across health & safety, food safety, and legislative
requirements.
* Building
strong community relationships and acting as the face of the pub.
* Working
closely with the kitchen to deliver a consistent, premium offer.
What We’re Looking For

experience as a General Manager in a premium pub, gastropub, or quality
dining environment.
