We are currently looking to grow our dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers to join the Nights Team at Lighthouse Care. Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long‑term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.
Our ideal support worker will:
* Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and/or substance misuse
* Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
* Have the ability to support in‑house activities and hobbies
* Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more
* Show resilience to help manage behaviours that challenge
Hours and contracts
* Shift patterns: Days – 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Nights – 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
* Contract type: Bank contracts available
