Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90-100 a day (Dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel seeks a Graduate Teaching Assistant to collaborate effectively with educational teams and students. This position offers valuable hands-on teaching experience in schools throughout County Durham.
Role responsibilities include:
Establishing an encouraging and positive learning atmosphere that promotes development and enthusiasm
Delivering group and individual student assistance
Working alongside teachers to provide optimal educational support
Utilizing and developing subject expertise throughout your classroom placement
Our ideal applicant has:
Relevant degree qualification or equivalent (education degree preferred though not required)
Prior classroom/student support experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Capacity for teamwork and professional collaboration
Excellent communication abilities
Commitment to upholding effective classroom management and student conduct standards

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
