Operations Supervisor
Location: Saint Erth Depot
Shift: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Closing date: 22nd April 2026
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to support our Collections Team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity to progress your career in a fast‑paced operational environment while living our core values: Teamwork, Fairness and Respect (#TFR).
What We’re Looking For
* Supervisory experience with team leadership skills
* Knowledge of collections services (Local Authority experience desirable)
* Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills (Word, Excel, systems)
* Ability to problem‑solve and manage change
* Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
* Experience with large vehicles and driver compliance (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily operations, including crew, vehicles, and resources
* Manage staff performance, attendance, and engagement
* Ensure all documentation (tachographs, timesheets, defect reports) is completed accurately
* Maintain operational records and systems
* Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance
* Support driver compliance (licence, hours, infringements)
* Assist in achieving contract and business objectives
