About the Role
As a Child Protection Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assessing risk, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. Youll manage a varied caseload, contribute to strategy discussions and case conferences, and provide written reports for court proceedings when required.

Were seeking experienced, compassionate professionals who are confident in their decision:making and committed to working in partnership with children and families. Youll need to be registered with Social Work England and have a sound understanding of safeguarding legislation, child development, and trauma:informed approaches.
Key Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration Experience in child protection and statutory safeguarding work Strong assessment, planning, and report:writing skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities A commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
