Experience working with babies in a nursery setting. Strong understanding of EYFS, child development and safeguarding. Confident leadership, communication and organisational skills. A calm, nurturing and proactive approach. What You’ll Do Lead the baby room, creating a warm, safe and responsive environment. Plan sensory-rich, nurturing activities tailored to each child’s development. Support and guide your team, modelling excellent practice every day. Build strong partnerships with families, sharing progress and daily updates. Oversee observations, routines and key person responsibilities.
