Our sales team plays a vital role in our growth, focusing on expanding sales by identifying, evaluating, and securing new accounts within the Asset Reliability Division, emphasizing strong customer relationships and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop long-term relationships with clients in the Renewables sector, focusing on Wind, Oil, and Gas (onshore/offshore).
* Proactively seek new opportunities by targeting potential customers, regions, and projects, prioritizing efforts for optimal returns.
* Manage technical proposals and bids through the sales process, ensuring high-quality, profitable submissions.
* Collaborate with Delivery teams for smooth project handovers and learn from past projects.
* Support the sales strategy development and execution in coordination with the team.
* Estimate costs with internal teams for potential schemes and prepare commercial proposals.
* Review proposals prepared by others and ensure technical sign-off as needed.
Benefits
* Salary from £45,000, with OTE from £52,900.
* £5,500 annual car allowance.

Candidate Requirements
* Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a Chartered or Incorporated qualification.
* Experience with load monitoring equipment or relevant engineering/technical background.
* Experience in the UK Renewables community, especially Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors (desirable).
* Team player with IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a full UK Driving license.
