As Casino Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering that experience.
You’ll support the General Manager in leading the casino floor with confidence, energy and commercial focus, ensuring every guest enjoys a great time, every time.
This is a role for a leader who thrives in the action: someone who understands gaming, inspires teams, drives performance and champions safer gambling at every step. You’ll be at the centre of a high performing management team, shaping the casino’s culture and leading the quality of service, product and atmosphere.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
As Casino Manager Gaming, you’ll:
* Build, motivate and develop a multi skilled team who bring the Grosvenor brand experience to life across gaming, leisure, food & beverage, and hospitality.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the highest standards of safer gambling and compliance.
* Drive performance through a balanced scorecard across revenue, customer satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence.
* Act as a champion of our values: Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions.
* Manage shifts with precision, ensuring a safe, vibrant and commercially sharp operation.
* Proactively grow sales, control costs and protect margin to maximise profitability.
* Ensure full compliance with all regulation and Gaming Commission licensing requirements.
* This is a role where you shape the atmosphere, the service, the culture and the results.
What You Bring
* Proven leadership in driving team performance and profitability
* Confidence communicating standards, expectations and commercial targets
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* It would be desirable if you already have experience in UK Gaming and ideally hold a PML licence (or be willing to obtain one)
* Strong people leadership; inclusive, motivating and clear
