The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive the Furthr message across global business platforms. This role isn’t just about sales; it’s about making a tangible, positive impact on our planet. You will introduce and integrate Furthr's comprehensive sustainability services into some of the world's most influential businesses.

A clear vision of what success looks like in sales, with a proven track record of ability to move prospects through the entire sales cycle, be proactive in bringing in new opportunities, and the ability to drive the conversation with stakeholders towards a positive outcome. Not just that, we are looking for someone who can educate and provide real value to all prospective clients. Why? Because this is first line of communication on climate for many of our clients, the beginning of long-lasting and meaningful client relationships based on expert advice and no-nonsense support that will deliver positive change to our planet.
Your Role
As our Account Executive, you will be the main contact for our clients interested in climate solutions. Your role will focus on building and growing strong, long-lasting relationships by offering helpful advice and clear support. You'll run campaigns, in person and digital, handle outbound leads, build and manage your own sales pipeline, and help grow inbound opportunities. You'll play an important part in helping Furthr grow and supporting positive change in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify and engage with leads from outbound outreach and warm inbound sources, keeping a steady flow of sales opportunities in your pipeline.
* Help improve and follow our sales process, working with the team to make each step—from first contact to closing—more effective.
* Build your own pipeline of potential clients.
* Hit and exceed your sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Use our CRM system to keep accurate records of current and potential clients, supporting better decisions with good data.
* Lead negotiations and close new client accounts, while keeping lead and sales information well-organized.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to support lead generation efforts, improve our brand, and reach more potential clients in the market.
We’re Looking For
* Experience in sales or client-facing roles, with track record of delivering and exceeding targets.
* A strong foundation in ESG, environmental science, or climate science.
* Ability to learn and master complex sales cycles with mature organisations in the corporate space
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including mastery of technical descriptions related to carbon accounting.
* A passion for pitching, both in-person and virtually.

Offer:
A 55k base salary with substantial commission potential.
